|
An interface of clinical devices is a basic and physical work to manage the result information which is obtained by the patients. The efficiency of computerization of examination result and the function of transmission storage are quite different as the input methods of examination device and the supplying vendor of the examination result data format, and the differences among the information input methods of different manufactured time of devices result in a lot of difficulties and costs to computerize examination sites. We made Multi Interface Gateway to reform its conditions and to manage the devices have different data processes. Multi-Interface Gateway has the purpose, which to systemize transporting, linkage and sharing Medical Information System from the output of recent medical devices, standard transmittal from HL7. Therefore, this research shows how to change the converting program and device from ASTM protocol to HL7 to serial communication, and basic hardware design for systemizing.
